• This position is a 7 month contract position
• Define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop a detailed project roadmap and timeline
• Knowledge of how to create project budget and manage project budget
effectively.
• Good understanding and coordinating product strategy, release timelines
and product quality.
• Have strong planning and organizational skills like ability to prioritize
tasks, time management, resource planning.
• Strong skills about observing, learning about and analyzing customers
and end-users needs to the product.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and HR software.
• Develop and manage innovative HR projects to improve employee satisfaction and HR based revenue models in IT sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish (English is a plus)
• Track progress through daily/weekly stand-ups (especially in Agile
environments).
• Having used Jira specifically to manage tasks and workflows, being
familiar with its interfaces and having knowledge about other project
management tools such as Jira.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Adjust plans when facing delays, blockers, or scope changes.
• Capability to working cooperatively in a high-performing team and
following up the whole process.
• Excellent analytical problem solving skills.
• Ensure testing and validation processes are in place.
• Oversee MVP (Minimum Viable Product) releases or product milestones.
• Collect feedback and make iterative improvements.
• Provide regular project status reports to customer.
• Monitor budget usage and perform cost analysis project based.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities across the team.
• Support conflict resolution, team alignment, and morale.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings and foster a collaborative environment.
• Strong quality mindset, great team spirit and being detail oriented.
• Strong communication skills: effective listening, asking right questions,
giving feedback about process, ensure the flow of information between
developers and customers.
• Apply frameworks like Scrum or Kanban for efficient workflows.
• Sometimes act as a Scrum Master if the role isn’t separately assigned.
• Organize sprints, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions.
