• Minimum 3 years of relevant full-time Business Analyst experience,
• Deployment & Commissioning Management: Managing deployment processes and conducting post-deployment validation controls,
• Automation Initiatives: Automating manual workflows and operational processes,
• Incident Management: Providing or coordinating Level 2 (L2) resolution for customer complaints and technical incidents,
• Performance Management: Monitoring application performance and taking proactive measures to ensure 24/7 high availability and efficiency.
• Project Management: Leading the operational phase of corporate projects and managing operational tasks as a key stakeholder aligned with project management principles,
• Reporting Processes: Preparing regular reports regarding operational performance, system metrics, and errors.
• System Monitoring, Problem & Alarm Management: Defining and configuring system alerts for all applications and services, taking preventive measures for system stability, and ensuring 24/7 emergency response for critical issues.
• Service Error Tracking: Tracking and analyzing application and service errors to ensure root-cause resolution,
• Technical Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Weblogic, Oracle, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Linux, Ansible, Grafana, and similar applications/platforms.
