• Develop and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin, XML, and Jetpack Compose,
• Design modern, scalable, and reusable UI components with XML and Compose while ensuring high performance,
• Collaborate with design, backend, and QA teams to create seamless and engaging user experiences,
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards,
• Diagnose and resolve technical, UI, and performance issues to ensure app stability and responsiveness,
• Conduct unit and integration testing for robustness and reliability,
• Analyze user feedback, analytics, and crash data to guide ongoing improvements,
• Support the full application lifecycle from planning and development to release and post-launch maintenance,
• Stay current with Android SDK, Jetpack, Compose, and emerging technologies to adopt best practices,
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field,
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in native Android development,
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and modern Android development standards,
• Solid understanding of MVVM and Clean Architecture principles,
• Hands-on experience with Android Jetpack components, Coroutines, Hilt, Retrofit, and Room,
• Proficiency in building UIs using both XML and Jetpack Compose,
• Ability to design responsive UIs, manage UI state, and implement component-based layouts,
• Skilled in integrating and optimizing RESTful APIs, Room Database, and DataStore,
• Strong knowledge of SQLite schema design, normalization, and performance optimization,
• Experience with unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) and debugging complex issues,
• Working knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies,
• Awareness of performance optimization, memory management, and emerging Android tech,
• Strong command of SOLID principles and object-oriented programming,
• Good command of English with strong communication and problem-solving skills,
• Open to feedback, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset,
